Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with a product purchased from inkPost, you can return it within 28 days of the original purchase date.

• Faulty items: You’re eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund at the original purchase price.
• Non-faulty items: Returns are accepted at our discretion if the item is unopened and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with details — we’ll take care of the rest.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under Irish and EU consumer law.

Right to Cancel (Irish & EU Customers)

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us in writing or by email. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty.
